Our cancellation policy: - A cancellation fee of $20.00 per unit/site booked applies to all bookings. Deposits for bookings cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the unit/site can be refilled, less the $20 cancellation fee per unit/site cancelled.
Deposits: - A deposit of one nights stay is required to confirm all bookings. This can be done by Visa/MasterCard/Cheque or Direct to Bank Account.
Balance of Accounts: - are payable on arrival, sorry no reduction for early departure or late arrivals.
Arrival and Departure Dates: - Please make sure you check the dates of your booking carefully on your booking confirmation.
Check in Time: - after 2pm (please advise if you are arriving later than 8.00pm, so that we can arrange late arrival instructions and gate access.)
Check out Time: - 10am prompt please
Tariff/Prices: - Our Tariff/Prices are reviewed yearly for the new season starting June/July each year, please be aware prices may change when booking in advance from one season to the next and the new rates will apply.
